	Sarah Nixon After an international education and a career in Recruitment Sales working in Hong Kong, Australia and the UK Sarah left a leading UK recruitment agency to start Recruitment Now back in 2003. Together with her husband Peter she has taken the company from strength to strength and now employs 16 full time staff and has a temporary workforce of over 100 agency staff.		Peter Nixon Peter is an established North East businessman and longstanding director of local plant hirers Nixon Hire. Peter has previously sailed the Atlantic to Greenland and climbed Kilimanjaro, starting Recruitment Now was his next big challenge.
	Kali Moat Kali Moat is our Contracts Consultant and Office Operations Manager. Working closely with the Managing Director, Kali is responsible for overseeing the administrative function of the agency, liaising between accounts and the rest of the business and manages two of our large national temporary contracts encompassing Commercial Temp and Care Workers/Nursery workers. Kali is a mum of two energetic kids so it’s no wonder that she finds it enjoyable keeping all of our childcare and admin temporary staff organised.		Mandy Sayan Mandy Sayan joined recruitment now’s commercial division three years ago and has climbed the ranks to achieve Senior Consultant status. Mandy manages one of our most successful and dedicated perm desks and does it in style! She has her finger on the pulse in the Training and Development sector there is not a movement that Mandy doesn’t know about. A meticulous and thorough professional who has a ruthless focus for attention to detail and delivering results, Mandy’s partnership approach to recruitment is exceeding the expectations of all of her clients and had developed an enviable reputation as a professional recruiter. Mandy takes great pleasure in changing the lives and careers of her candidates and enjoys this aspect of the role more than anything.
	Lynn Hindson Lynn Hindson heads up our accounts team as Financial Controller. A fabulous member to the Recruitment Now team Lynn has a wealth of knowledge and ability and an exceptional attitude and personality. For all payroll and accounts related queries Lynn can be contacted on 0191 495 6180.		Elaine Harkis is our Hospitality and Catering Consultant. With over ten years in the industry (3 as a recruiter) she is well equipped to place expecptional candidates of all levels whether they be Front of House, Operations or Kitchen. Elaine is very well connected and a genuine people person a trustworthy and relaible recruiter with an enviable reputation.
	Paul Lawson Paul has returned to the recruitment now hospitality desk having returned from a year’s service as a Catering operations manager in Afghanistan. We are delighted that Paul is part of the team again and that we have a qualified Chef driving the desk.		Paul Dodds With over 15 years of Media, Advertising and PR Experience Paul has been just the person to take the helm of our PR and Marketing Division. Paul is a familiar face in the sector locally and has an excellent reputation in terms of delivering exactly what the customer requires.
	Danielle Henderson Danielle has worked in recruitment for 8 years and has achieved Senior Consultant Status. She boasts a complete and thorough understanding of client requirements and candidate expectations. She prides herself in selecting top quality candidates who are fully referenced and skills tested. Danielle experience in recruitment is in Industrial Recruitment is exceptional and extensive. She runs a tight ship – but always looks after her temporary workforce and clients.		Rachel True Rachel True has joined the team at Recruitment Now as Office Coordinator and PA to the Director. A recent gradute with BSC Hons in Psychology Rachel is a highly organised, sharp and dynamic member of our team. We are delighted that she has chosen to work with us.
